Lower House: Based on townships, one seat for one township, and 330 seats to be contested. The army will automatically add 110 unelected representatives.

Upper House: 168 seats to be contested nationwide with 12 seats for each state and division regardless of size and population. The army will automatically add 56 (25% of total number) unelected representatives to the parliament.

Seats for any national race living in states and divisions other than of their own. Must number more than 50,000 in a state or division to be eligible for a seat to represent their interests. Currently there are 29 seats for the whole country.

Local Government: 636 seats to be contested nationwide.
